Obituary for Thomas Clarence Kramer

Thomas (Tom) Kramer passed away peacefully on Monday, April 11th, 2022, at the age of 83, eagerly joining his beautiful wife, Linda and his Lord and Savor in Heaven.

Born May 1st, 1938, he was a loving and supportive father to seven children, Ken (Wendy) Kramer, Rick (Kim) Kramer; Amy Taubert (Ron); Matt (Dawn) Kramer; Edie Hair (William); Bobbie Peters (Alan) and Beckie Kaczkowski (Tony). He will also be deeply missed by his 16 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Linda Kramer (née Trulen), parents Erwin and Tillie Kramer, brother Donald (Joan) Kramer and other important family members.

The highlight of Tom’s career and free time was building two beautiful golf courses, Muskego Lakes and Silver Spring Country Clubs; serving 48 years on the Tess Corner Volunteer Fire Department; many of those years as an Officer for Station 2 as well as being an active member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Muskego. If you knew Tom, picture him taking his final “Joy Ride” on Saturday April 9th, against doctors’ orders, when he got on his scooter and rode around the pond at the Regency Muskego in his white t-shirt and Levi jeans before heading to his final home in the arms Jesus Christ. We will be forever grateful for the loving care and support, from the staff, at Regency Muskego.

The family encourages you to put on your favorite jeans, Packer, NASCAR or fire department apparel and head over to Hartson’s Funeral Home, www.hartsonfuneralhome.com on Friday, April 22, 2022 for a celebration of Tom’s life.

Visitation is scheduled from 10:00am to 12:00pm, with a memorial service to follow around 12:15pm. Immediately following the memorial service all are welcome to join the family at Valley Green Golf Course, www.valleygreenmuskego.com for drinks, food and fellowship.
