Obituary for Richard Allen Maki
Richard Allen Maki, age 85, passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2022.
Born September 12th,1936 to Arne and Vieno Maki. Richard served in the Air Force 506th A&E Maint Sq from 1955 to 1958. He enjoyed working after his time in the service with the Wisconsin DNR at the Bong State Recreation Area and was a Muskego resident since 1965. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, his love of fishing/hunting outdoors, and his dedication to family.
Richard was preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, Phyllis. He was survived by his sons, Gary (Barb), and Bruce (Peggy); his grandchildren, Jacob Maki, Jason Maki and Amber (nee Maki) Agacki; Richard's sibling, Patricia Buboltz (Ken). Richard is preceded in death by his mother, Vieno; and his father, Arne.
A Visitation from 4pm until the time of the Service at 5pm, respectively, on Thursday, May 12th, 2022 held at Hartson Funeral Home, 11111 W. Janesville Road, Hales Corners, WI.
