Obituary for Norbert H. "Nubs" Borgwardt
Norbert H. Borgwardt (Nubs)
Passed away peacefully in his sleep at age 88. Nubs is survived by his wife Darlene (nee Martin) lovingly called “Honeybabe”, Daughters Linda Smith, LuAnn (John) Schulte, Jodi (Dan) Stefanski and son Mark (Debbie) Borgwardt. Six grandchildren and five great grandchildren, and his loyal dog Barney.
Nubs attended Pulaski High School. Worked at Babcock/Wilcox for 32 years. After retiring he built a big barn in his yard where he made beautiful things out of oak. He could fix anything. He also enjoyed rides in his Mazda Miata.
A special thanks to my family for all of their support and Aurora At Home Hospice for their great care. Also to special friends Curt and Bev for all their concern and support.
He will be missed.
