Dobrowski (nee, Bartkowiak), Linda A. Age 73. Called to the light eternal on November 24, 2022. She joins her beloved husband Terrence in heaven. Forever loved by daughter Teresa (David Princeton) Dobrowski. She is further survived by sister Diane (Frank) Malachowski and sisters-in-law Sandy (the late Kenneth) Liebel, and Adel (the late Bob) Dobrowski, and her special puppy Allie.

Linda lived a life in the service of her community. Linda and Terrance resided in West Allis, WI for most of their lives. Each serving on countless boards and making many dear friends over the years. Linda was elected Alderperson and served one term. Their love of community showed through their efforts with an annual event called Settlers Weekend. That love was reinforced in their daughter and her husband as they were married at the log cabin schoolhouse at the Historical Society.

Linda’s passions included cooking, gardening, and art. Her love of art carried into all aspects of her life, career and personal. She also created and shared many delicious recipes with friends and family and tended to her lush garden, which bloomed the entire season. Later her love for gardening came through with different potted plants adorning every windowsill.

A memorial gathering will not be held. In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
