Karen F Zinski, age 72, passed away February 4th, 2020. Born in Nebraska but raised in Milwaukee, Karen spent her final two years as a resident New Lisbon, WI. Karen was preceded in death by her mother Clara, step father Frank, her sister Joy and twin sister Karol.
Karen is survived by her children Lyn (Randy) Peterson, Toni (Bob) Rathke, Rachelle (Marky) Platz, Maria (Jeremy) Nagel and TJ (Cortney) Zinski. She is further survived by her grandchildren Tim (Melissa) Habrat, Bobbi (Nick) Jaeck, Brittany (Nicko) Stout, Billy Pieper, Krystin Stout, Morgan (Patrick) Petrick, Tehya Nagel, Nathan (Kaylee) Zeinz, Cady Petrick, Anthony Zinski and a german shepard named Tobi. Karen was also great-grandma to six great grandchildren.
While raising her family in Muskego, Karen was the owner of Zinski's Topsoil. When the children were older, Karen returned to school and earned her certification as a drug and alcohol counselor. She spent many years in the AODA field, giving back and helping others as only she could. Karen spent her final working years doing what she did best - as a caregiver.
Karen was known for her huge heart and open door policy. Always willing to listen, lend a hand or literally give you the shirt off her back. Karen's smile, quick laugh and famous "All right!" will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
