Obituary for Janet E. Eagon (Larsen)
Janet was a beloved wife to Husband Ronald for 65 years. Mother of Susan (Guy) Davis, Mark (Linda Ulrich), Sandra (Thomas) Holland; sister to Jane (Roland) Larter and Helen Witt. Further survived by grandsons Guy (Marci) Davis, Stefan and Gabriel, and great-grandchildren Quinn and Adelynn Davis, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Janet loved her family above all else and her husband of 65 years was the light of her life. She cherished him and loved the support, caring and love he gave her, especially during the last 15 months. Janet also loved spending time with her three children and their families.
Janet loved the Lord and she would share that love with everyone. She was a faithful servant and was willing to do whatever God asked of her. She created a church library out of nothing, directed a youth choir and was known for having 20 or more teenagers hanging out at her home after church on a Sunday night, singing songs, praising Jesus.
Janet wasn’t one to rest much and was always in motion, but when she did sit down to watch a tv show, she was always doing something else, like knitting mittens or binding a quilt. Janet loved music, baking, reading, knitting, crocheting, swimming and quilting. When she wasn’t busy with these things, you could find her volunteering somewhere – Timber Lee Camp, Samaritans Purse or mission trips around the world. Janet loved her time teaching women in Guatemala to sew and quilt, mixing cement in Europe for a youth camp or working with hurricane victims in the US. Janet was willing to go wherever God wanted her to go. Janet also had a passion for the unborn and was the first Director of the Crisis Pregnancy Center, now Care Net.
Janet will be deeply missed, but she leaves behind a strong legacy of faithfulness and how to serve the Lord.

A Memorial service will be held Friday February 25th, Visitation 12-1, Service at 1:00 pm. Elmbrook Church, 777 Barker Rd, Brookfield, WI
