Of Muskego. Age 86. Passed away January 24, 2020 after a short illness. Preceded in death by his spouse
of 63 years, Jean C. Scheerer. Survived by: sons, Douglas (Lorrie), Brian (Terri) Scheerer and daughter, Deidre (Kathy) Scheerer; grandchildren, Jeremy, Wayne, William, Stephanie and Jerry; great-grandchildren Brenna, Stephan, Elizabeth, Lily,Ava, Wyatt, Hannah and sister, Ardith Faucett. George touched many lives through his 50 years of running an independent accounting and tax practice and was a retired long time employee of Unit Drop Forge. Former activist for UAW. He served his country as a proud member of the United States Air Force during the Korean War. George was a family man and his favorite times were spent with family around him. The family wishes to thank the compassionate staff at the Zablocki VA for the outstanding care he received. A memorial gathering will be held at Hartson Funeral Home, 11111 W. Janesville Rd., Hales Corners, WI 53130 on Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 1 to 3 PM. Memorial Service 3 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family appreciated
