BIG BEND - Age 75. Met his Lord and Savior on January 20, 2023 and reunited with his mother, Rosalind (nee Tubesing), father, John Couture and sister, Cheri Van Over.

Gary moved to the strum of his own guitar. Performing in Muskego Community plays with his family to forming his own band, "The Fugitives". His love and variety of music and singing never ceased.

He served in the National Guard and U.S. Air Force.

From there he pursued a career in the electrical field for over 30 years, to sustain his love for horses, dogs, hunting, motorcycles and traveling. He rode many a mile with this childhood friend Terri Ehrich and by horse with Kathy Bass. He loved sharing tales, (I'm sure many embellished) of his younger wilder days.

He will be remembered as a cherished confidant, friend and companion of Jane Spek-Kuter.

Forever in their hearts, Gary in his words "granddaughter Molly Kuter, grandson Roger Halusak will never let go of his dream and deeply miss him along with Morgan & Wyatt Kuter.

He is survived by his nephew Brion (Danielle), Kieran, and Charlize Van Over of Massachusetts.

Gary will be missed by many cousins and friends of the farm.

Gary wanted nothing more than to meet his Lord and Savior. Reunited with Rocky, he now gallops the streets of Heaven. We love you and miss you, Coochie.

Visitation at Hartson Funeral Home on Friday, February, 3, 2023 from 4 to 6 pm. Funeral Service 6 pm.
