Obituary for Douglas A. Losey

Age 70. Entered into Eternal Life in his home on August 17th surrounded by loving family. Beloved husband of Anna (nee Argyres) Losey. Cherished father of Alexander (Maressa) Kuszewski, Christina Kuszewski Rouches (Anthony), Daniel (Rebecca) Argyres, and Phillip Losey. Loving grandfather of Elias, Evangeline, Arianna, Alexander, Christian, and Roman. Dear son of Phyllis (the late Ralph) Losey. Son-in-Law of (the late) Manuel Argyres, (the late) Helen Kondos-Kalil and (the late) Peter Caram Kalil. Treasured brother of (the late) Michael Losey, (the late) Roger Losey, Dorene (the late Keith) Leighton, Debbie (James) Zach, and (the late) Jerry Losey. Brother-In-Law of Katherine(Patrick) Moczynski, (the late) Rosario Collura, Maria (James) Kraft, Rosalita (Luis) Villa, Judy (James) Kriege, and Fay (the late Thomas) Kolster – Koumbara. Further survived by many other family members and friends. Doug was a proud member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church for 44 years and served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Noa DD-841 during the Vietnam Era. He was dedicated to his Christian Faith, his church, and to his family. In Doug's own words he said, “What more would I have wanted?”

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 21st at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 9400 W Congress St, Wauwatosa, WI 53225, from 9-10 a.m. Funeral service immediately following at 10 a.m. Interment at Pinelawn Memorial Park. Masks will be required, and we ask that you engage in social distancing practices.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church would be greatly appreciated.
