Diane Marie Falk "Grammy", age 78, of New Berlin, passed peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, May 12, 2023 at AngelsGrace Hospice in Oconomowoc.

Diane was born on September 23, 1944 to Allen and Dorothy Delikat . After Diane graduated from Whitnall High school she married her "Davey" on August 29th, 1964.

Grammy loved her family above all else (even before "her" Brewers). She is survived by daughters, Cherie Falk Philpott (Rick), Kris Going (Greg), Beth Holtz (John) and son, Mike Falk (Sara). Further survived by her beloved grandchildren Haley (Jon), Peyton (Matthew), Catie, Kyle, Matthew, Michael and Nicolas. Further survived by sisters Sharon Delikat (Ken Jozwiak), Lois Van Dien (Dave) sister and brother in laws Mary Delikat, Maxine and Al Godec, Eileen Mantey Brandt (Phil), Robert Schultz, many nieces, nephews, dear friends and other beloved relatives.

Grammy loved being a stay-at-home mom first and foremost. She also took great pride in being a seamstress for Gerrene's fine women's clothing store, "Fashion consultant" at August Max and working with her son at Crossroads Franklin Pizza store. She was an avid Brewers fan and had rooms in her home dedicated to her beloved Brewers including a wall size Brewer schedule to decorate her family room. Her favorite place was in her recliner in front of the tv watching "her" Brewers yelling, "YEEEEES" with a big grin on her face every time "her" Brewers scored. Grammy also, enjoyed visits from her kids and grandkids, traveling with family, playing bookworm and sewing. She made all her grandchildren quilts with their favorite things on them for their high school graduation. Each quilt was made complete with a special piece of Brewers fabric lovingly sewn in. Grammy recently completed her final quilt just weeks ago prior to passing as she knew she was ready to join her "Davey".

Grammy was preceded in death by her husband David, her parents Allen and Dorothy Delikat, mother and father in law (Ruth and Len Schultz), brother in laws (Ron and Dan Falk) and dear brother Jim Delikat, who passed just one and half weeks prior to her death.

We would like to thank the AngelsGrace Hospice Care team for all their support and amazing care they gave to our precious Grammy. A special thank you to the ProHealth care team especially Dr. Renee Knapp, affectionally known to us as "St. Renee" and nurse Brenda.

To all that have had a connection to our precious Diane and Dave understand we have angels in the outfield and are very honored of the time they gave us on this earth.

A private family memorial will take place at a later date.
