David Lancour, age 92, was born to eternal life on March 31st, 2023. He was born June 14, 1930. He is the son of Bernard and Wendla (Frenette) Lancour

Loving husband of Maureen
Devoted Dad of Dave (Dolores), Mark (Patty), Mike (Debbie), Alan (Sharon), and Cathy (Eric).

Special Grandfather of David (Ashlee), Sarah (Jeff), Daniel, Rachel (in heaven), Charles, Bonnie (Kyle), Katie (Andy), Michael, Gregory (Christina) , Nicholas (Mandi), Melissa (Scott), Jeremy (Carolyn), Justin, Emily (Alex), Wendy, Brendan, Erica, and Alyssa.
Great Grandfather of Theo, Zachary, Callie, Kacey, Austin, Skye, Tristan, Eloise, Ruthie, Ella, Angelo, Elsie, and Hallie.
Brother of Edward and Bobbie.
Sister of Marie Neville.

He was preceded in death by his brothers Bernard and Harold, his sister Irene and Granddaughter Rachel.

Many friends and relatives, beyond those listed here.

David was married for 68 years. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He could usually be found with a sports game on TV.

He worked at Allis Chalmers for 34 years and was a union steward. He coached Cub Scout baseball. He enjoyed bowling and loved to watch sports.

He had a huge heart and was always willing to lend a hand. Many people have countless memories of his kindness and willingness to help others. He was known to have rescued many people with car problems. He also had a remarkable sense of humor and shared many special memories with those in his life.

During his last four years he had many medical problems, but he always kept his faith until the very end. His presence is already missed by those of us who love him.
