Of Muskego passed away on May 28, 2020, age 80. He was born in Milwaukee on July 22, 1939 to the late Clyde Sr. and Elaine (Nee Lemke) Gallun, who along with his sister, Cynthia Tabbert, have preceded him in death. Also preceded in death by his step-mother Leona Gallun (nee Lentz).
Clyde attended Bay View High School in Milwaukee and graduated in 1958. He married Patricia on June 5, 1965, they would have celebrated their marriage of 56 years this June. He spent most of his life in the construction trade but was empowered to start his own business in basement wall repair and concrete work. So in 1985, Clyde, with his long-time friend and co-owner of the business, Richard Fellows, operated and ran All Star Contractors.
Clyde is survived by his wife, Patricia (Nee Brunelli). Loving Father of Jon (Renee), Lance (Michele), Jennifer (fiancé Todd Brandon); cherished grandfather of Ericka, Megan (fiancé Thomas Roper), Cassidy, Katelyn, Shane and Victoria. Dear Brother-in-Law of Charles and Kiki Brunelli, and is furthered survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Clyde will be remembered for his jovial smile, his willingness to lend a helping hand, his ability to fix or build anything, his quick humor and his German stubbornness, which made him truly one of a kind. But most importantly he will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, teacher and friend. Those who knew him understood his love and passion for family, hunting, fishing and the great outdoors; and let us not forget to mention his love for Gia, the family dog.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the physicians, nurses and staff at St. Luke’s Hospital/Hospice and to Dr. Thomas Brand, his primary physician for many years. There will be a Memorial Service/Celebration of Life at a later date.
